vba - Can I close an ActiveX combobox placed on an Excel worksheet? -

i can open combobox using object.dropdown isn't true/false scenario. i'm using force combobox display list remains on screen when switching worksheets unless manually closed or item selected. thoughts? thanks.

best come select default value when sheet deactivate event triggered. default value not valid in application , tests before running report shouldn't cause me issues.
