git - Can't type password when I want to push file to github -

i new git , github. followed google told me how push file github, starts making file itself, using git add , commit, , when type git push origin master, asked me type username , password. it's okay username, can type not password. what's happened?

when type password cursor won't move on command-line. type password, press enter.

are there instructions installing mobilefirst server 7.0 on aws ec2(amazon web services). found article ( https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/blogs/worklight/entry/how_to_install_worklight_server_on_amazon_ec21?lang=en ), seems outdated latest versions. appreciate if has generic document installing mobilefirst on cloud services aws. mobilefirst platform foundation 7.0 not different worklight 6.2 etc, it's same new features, etc. you setup account ec2 vm, running linux, , mfpf supports linux. nothing different perspective. meaning, blog post you've found true mfpf 7.0.

Non Unique Username with ASP.Net Identity 2.0 -

i have situation username not unique. email used username , 1 email can have many different passwords in database , legitimate. how use asp.net identity 2.0 in situation. var result = await signinmanager.passwordsigninasync(model.username, model.password, model.rememberme, shouldlockout: false); above line expects 1 user in database. if multiple records returned - returns failure. expected logic doesn't work me. how override logic? alternatively, ready customize login problem - not sure things done part of passwordsigninasync. adding cookies etc. please help. i made work. had use username + password combination unique username. these different situations in industry different types of needs.
