gcc - cvxopt installation on windows 7/64bit -

i'm trying install cvxopt package on python 3.4. i'm using pip error message "command 'c:\mingw\bin\gcc.exe' failed exit status 1"

i tried numerous stuff installing numpy+mkl not running don't know why, or installing atlas none of helps resolve problem i'm stuck. should install atlas or else ?

could me please? in advance!
