svn - VisualSVN server connection outside a network -

i'm trying setup visualsvn server in windows 7 sudenly can't connect host ( name or ip ). when i'm in same network pc installed program can access svn pc name server name , checkouting http://external_ip/svn/reponame

apache must listen on interfaces, have on lan. reconfigure server
